Cancellation / Refund

 

RichesM Healthcare is not liable and does not ensure a refund in the following cases:

 

  1. Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  2. Unsuccessful deliveries occur when the recipient is not present at the provided address during the delivery time or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

A full refund is permissible for cancellations made before the scheduled dispatch.

 

Refunds for online transactions are directly credited through the payment mode used by the customer within 24 working hours. Once processed by RichesM Healthcare, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
